Athens Workshop on Leadership | 4th Edition
May 18–19 | Domotel Kastri Hotel, Athens
ISLE Academy proudly presents the 4th edition of the Athens Workshop on Leadership—a flagship executive learning experience designed for leaders who must navigate complexity, uncertainty, and transformation at scale. Building on the strong positioning and executive tone of previous ISLE leadership workshops, this year’s edition expands the conversation from organizational leadership to leadership in a rapidly shifting geopolitical and economic landscape.
Set in the refined business-hospitality environment of Domotel Kastri Hotel, this two-day workshop in Athens brings together strategic leadership, organizational design, and global political economy in a highly practical format. Domotel Kastri’s positioning as a premium venue with dedicated conference infrastructure makes it especially aligned with the executive character of the program.
Why this workshop now
Leaders today are operating in a world defined by fragmentation, competing power centers, supply-chain volatility, geopolitical risk, and institutional realignment. In this context, leadership can no longer be understood only as an internal organizational capability—it must also include the ability to interpret and respond to external shifts in the global order.
This workshop addresses exactly that challenge: how to lead organizations with clarity, resilience, and strategic coherence while the assumptions of the previous era of globalization are being rewritten. The theme is especially timely given Prof. Rawi Abdelal’s work on globalization, political economy, and the “next world economy,” as well as his focus on how the global system is being reorganized.
