From February 17 to 19th, we executed the first #daVinci Gynecology International Workshop organized by ISLE Academy in cooperation with the Metropolitan General Hospital in #Athens, #Greece. We are excited to address the educational needs of prominent general surgeons and gynecologists at ISLE Academy Greece, offering hands-on, comprehensive training.
Dr. Nikolaos Plevris was in charge of the scientific program supported by a team of experts (Dr. P. Aggelidis, Dr. I. Biliatis. Dr. V. Paschou, and Nurse G. Pistialka). The workshop consisted of two days of hands-on practical sessions in ISLE ACADEMY Athens facilities on two state-of-the-art daVinci Systems and one day of live case observation in Metropolitan General.
All participants enjoyed the opportunity to apply fundamental concepts of robotic surgery and various gynecological procedures using realistic anatomical models. Together we make available the #PowerofPrecision to revolutionize diagnosis and treatment solutions, saving countless lives in our region!
