On January 27, 2024, we had the honor of hosting a groundbreaking workshop in Athens as part of the 1st World Week of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, alongside esteemed partners European Society of Regional Anaesthesia & Pain Therapy (ESRA) and its sister Societies The African Society for Regional Anesthesia (AFSRA), American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, AOSRA, and LASRA.
It was a remarkable gathering that united Regional Anesthesia (RA) and Chronic Pain physicians from across the globe, all rallying under the inspiring theme “๐๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ”. With participation from over 100 cities spanning all continents, the collective efforts aimed at advancing research and elevating patient care. The energy and passion displayed by each participant were the driving force behind the success of this workshop and the entire 1st World Week of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.
